All done and set for Tokyo December 2013

Finally made up our minds and booked  Hotel Empire in Shinjuku. 12 nights. Check in on 8 Dec and checking out on 20 Dec 2013. It's a budget hotel. We chose it is because of the location. It is a 3min walk from Shin Okubo station on the Yamanote line. A station away from the transport hub Shinjuku and 3 stops away from another major hub, Ikebukuro station. It's the cheapest we can find around this supposedly expensive part of Tokyo.

We will be flying to Tokyo on Dec 8 2013 and returning on Dec 20. Flying with Scoot. The airport is Narita.
