Shortlisting day trips from Tokyo

We will be arriving in Tokyo on 8 Dec. Returning on 20 Dec. This means we will have 11 full days in Japan. So far I have shortlisted this as our preliminary Day Trips itinerary. Due to distance from Tokyo, each destinations requires one full day. And we need to start off really early. As in winter, the sun sets at 4.30pm average:

1) Hakone via Odakyu
2) Enoshima-Kamakura via Odakyu
3) Nikko via Kanto Pass http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3805.html
4) Kusatsu Onsen Karuizawa via Kanto Pass
5) Yokohama via Kanto Pass. take Sea Bass right outside Yokohama Stn.
6) Takaosan via Keio http://www.keio.co.jp/english/riding/discount.html Yen 1056 return
7) Gotenba via express bus(only the ladies going)

The above will takes up 7 days. That will leave 4 days for Tokyo city tour. Quite a tight schedule actually.
